Help protect vulnerable pipes from freezing during cold weather with a self-regulating heating cable. Choose a length from 1 to 10 metres and the voltage that matches your installation.
Self-regulating pipe frost protection
The DWK-CR730 cable uses a self-regulating heating element that adjusts its heat output in response to temperature. Its nominal output is 17 W per metre at 10°C; actual output and electricity consumption vary with operating conditions.
The supplier describes applications inside and outside metal and plastic pipes. Internal installation requires a suitable sealed pipe-entry fitting and confirmation that the cable is appropriate for the intended pipe and fluid. Suitability for contact with drinking water has not been confirmed.
Key features
- Self-regulating heating element for pipe freeze-protection applications.
- Separate 110V and 220V versions: select the correct voltage before ordering. This is not a dual-voltage cable.
- Lengths available at Ninety: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 metres.
- Copper conductors, screened construction and PE insulation as stated in the supplier specifications.
- Green protective outer jacket; cable cross-section approximately 9 × 6.5 mm.

Choose your length and voltage
Each variant identifies one cable length and one supply voltage. Both voltage versions are available in each length from 1 to 10 metres. Have a qualified installer confirm the required length and suitability for your pipe material, dimensions, insulation and local conditions. Do not connect a 110V cable to a 220V supply.
What's in the box
One green self-regulating heating cable in the selected length and voltage, supplied as a coil as shown in the product images. The images show the cable and construction details, not a complete powered installation kit. A mains plug, separate power lead, controller and pipe-entry coupling are not included in the pictured contents.
Installation and safe use
This cable is not a ready-to-plug-in heating kit. A qualified installer should follow the manufacturer's instructions and provide the appropriate electrical protection, power connection, terminations and any required installation accessories. Self-regulation does not replace electrical protection or proper installation.
Do not assume that the cable can be cut, overlapped or directly connected to a socket. For internal-pipe installation, use the correct sealed entry fitting and obtain the manufacturer's approval for the intended use. Do not use inside drinking-water pipes without explicit confirmation from the manufacturer.
Care and inspection
Have the installation inspected before seasonal use. Disconnect the electrical supply before inspection or maintenance, and do not energise a damaged cable. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance and storage instructions.
